This branch has been operating in the area for quite some time, very good location but very limited parking, now its employees are not from the old banking school and are cold in their treatment, these are definitely different times....

This branch is not recommended at all, they give you a shift and you go to the last one. Terrible customer service, even when I made an appointment from my cell phone to avoid lines I lost more than an hour waiting. I saw how 3 people left upset and were not attended to and I ended up doing the same because I have other responsibilities to continue observing the inefficiency and ineptitude of a group of several workers (at least 6) who are only waiting to offer you credit cards to people but not to do their work.

There are always a lot of people that is unavoidable, but there are several staff members assisting people who need help with the cashiers and helping to organize the different lines. In general, I liked the attention. 4 stars because the waiting time was long.
